Community engagement is a core value for our firm. We routinely sponsor and participate in local charitable events and causes. Our employees are given quarterly paid days off to volunteer with a charity of their choice.

Jenna served as the Chair of the Advocacy Committee at Arizona Animal Welfare League where she led efforts to achieve positive change in animal welfare legislation. A former prosecutor, Mrs. Bailey’s passion project was to advocate for harsher criminal punishment for the most serious acts of animal abuse. Excitingly, just this year, the new law was passed.

Currently, Mrs. Bailey and her family are active volunteers and supporters of Saving Paws Rescue Arizona. Saving Paws is a German Shepherd and Belgian Malinois rescue that sets itself apart by routinely taking on severe medical cases.
In addition to animal welfare causes, Mrs. Bailey serves as a volunteer judge for Arizona State University law school’s moot court competitions as well as a volunteer instructor at Arizona Teen Court’s Annual Summit.
Earlier this year, Mrs. Bailey teamed with other local colleagues to fundraise for Make-A-Wish Arizona. The team raised over $8,000 in just 10 days! The entire amount raised went directly toward granting wishes for Arizona kids with life-threatening illness.
