Val serves as the main point of contact for potential new clients initially contacting our firm. She helps obtain the information we need to efficiently and effectively route potential new clients to the right attorney depending on the type of case. Val compassionately and thoughtfully listens to the stories of potential clients, carefully extracting the information our team needs to determine whether we can help.
 
Anyone who calls Bailey Law Firm has likely spoken with Val. She serves as the main point of contact for all incoming calls to our main line. Val is kind, friendly and eager to help. 
 
Val is originally from Nogales, Arizona and moved to Phoenix in 2003. Her educational and professional background is in mathematics and administration. This background allows her to bring unique organizational and analytical skills to Bailey Law Firm. By managing calls, mail, schedules, invoices and other administrative needs, she helps keep our firm running smoothly each day.
