Jennifer DePoorter is a litigation paralegal. After earning her AAS in Legal Studies from Phoenix Community College, she entered the legal field to pursue her passion for law and to support recovery for those who have been harmed.

Jennifer began her career as a pre-litigation paralegal in personal injury, where she built a strong foundation in investigative work and medical record review. She now serves as the Medical Malpractice Paralegal at Bailey Law Firm, focusing on drafting legal documents, managing case files, and ensuring procedural accuracy throughout litigation.

Known for her compassionate engagement and consistent communication, Jennifer fosters strong client relationships and supports each case with empathy and precision.

Outside of her professional role, Jennifer enjoys hiking Arizona’s scenic trails with her Siberian husky, Rocky, and experimenting with global cuisines in her kitchen. She finds joy in connecting with diverse cultures through their traditional dishes and believes deeply in the power of faith and perseverance to achieve one’s dreams.
