Marisela is an Arizona native from the border town of Nogales, AZ. Marisela earned her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. While attending college she participated in a federal work study with the Arizona State University Police Department and worked part-time at a boutique law firm where she developed a passion for helping victims who have been injured or wronged by the negligence of others.
Marisela is a skilled and dedicated paralegal bringing 15 years of diverse legal experience to Bailey Law Firm, specializing in product liability, commercial/automobile accidents, wrongful death, premise liability, medical malpractice, and bankruptcy. Marisela has attended numerous seminars and continued education courses related to trial preparation and other pertinent personal injury issues. Marisela prides herself on providing superior customer service and taking a personal interest in each of the firm’s cases.
As the firm’s Supervising Litigation Paralegal, she is responsible for assisting CEO and Founder Jenna Bialey with the oversight and operational efficiency of the firm’s paralegal and legal support staff. Marisela provides strategic direction, mentorship, ensuring the highest standard of quality across all client matters. This focus on efficiency and best practices ensures the firm’s paralegals and legal staff consistently delivers exceptional results to the firm’s attorneys and clients.
The best part of being party of the Bailey Law Firm family is working alongside great people who share a team effort team effort work mentality.Outside of her professional pursuits, Marisela is an avid traveler who is committed to efficiently juggling her many hats as a woman, being a boy mom and wife. Marisela can be found at Saturday morning soccer games, guitar lessons, chess matches, playing video games with her son, hiking, rock concerts, crafting and traveling to new places with her family.
