Thomas has spent nearly 15 years litigating cases for the State of Arizona. Thomas has tried nearly 100 cases. Of those trials, dozens were designed complex in accordance with Arizona and local court rules due to the length and complexity of the trial.

John has been a personal injury paralegal for over 34 years. He greatly enjoys assisting injured people in their time of need. He was born in NYC and moved to Tucson in 1977 where he fell in love the Sonoran Desert.

Jennifer was born in Washington State and moved to Phoenix in 2009 where she attended Phoenix College. She began her career as a paralegal, handling pre-suit claims, settling matters outside of the courtroom.

Marisela is an Arizona native from the border town of Nogales, AZ. Marisela earned her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University. While attending college she participated in a federal work study with the Arizona State University Police Department and worked part-time at a boutique law firm where she developed a passion for helping victims who have been injured or wronged by the negligence of others.
Hazel Artus
Paralegal
Hazel received her bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University and started her career in law in 2021. She has experience in worker’s compensation and personal injury law.
Val Valenzuela
Office Assistant
Val serves as the main point of contact for potential new clients initially contacting our firm. She helps obtain the information we need to efficiently and effectively route potential new clients to the right attorney depending on the type of case. Val compassionately and thoughtfully listens to the stories of potential clients, carefully extracting the information our team needs to determine whether we can help.

Ollie is a 2 year old German Shepherd with one-eye. He was rescued from Saving Paws Rescue AZ. He is a 100 lbs of goofy.
Ollie spends his days at Bailey Law Firm lounging keeping the couches warm and licking our team members. When you come into the office you’ll hear a woof from the back office.
