Josh Morgenstern

Josh has practiced in the areas of transactional and real estate law for approximately 8 years.  Prior to transitioning to Bailey Law Firm, Josh worked for firms in the Phoenix metropolitan area in both business and litigation matters.

Josh is currently attending George Mason University and will be receiving his LLM in antitrust litigation.  Josh holds a master’s degree in real estate & development from Arizona State University, an Arizona Real Estate Broker’s license, an Arizona Mortgage Loan Officer’s license and is LEED accredited.
