Litigation Assistant
Jessica began her legal career in Michigan as a file clerk and secretary for a personal injury/product liability firm. She worked her way up the ranks moving into litigation, acting as a legal assistant and paralegal. She moved to Arizona to be closer to family and returned to pre-suit claims, settling matters outside of the courtroom. She now handles pre-suit claims, as well as litigation claims.
Jessica comes from a long line of police officers but decided to pursue justice in a less physical, dangerous manner. While no settlement is worthy of the injuries sustained by her clients, seeing defendants be held responsible for their actions brings a sense of satisfaction and hopefully to the clients Bailey Law Firm represents.
In her spare time, Jessica loves spending time with her family, especially having one-on-one girl time with her daughter. You will otherwise find her curled up with a good book, relaxing with her pups, or volunteering for Trevor’s Vision.
