Attorney
If you are an ambitious Arizona attorney with 3+ years of legal experience and looking to get a foot in the door with a fast growing law firm, this opportunity is for you. Bailey Law Firm is seeking a personal injury, litigation attorney.
This is a full-time position. Preference may be given to those with a background in Personal Injury or Medical Malpractice.
Entry level associates with no prior experience are encouraged to apply if you impress us with your eagerness to learn and aptitude to produce results. You will have strong mentorship from a seasoned attorney of over 30 plus years.
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of legal experience
- Capability and experience to work independently and with a team
- Licensed in AZ
- Excellent academic credentials
- Outstanding references
- Experience with litigation case management, primarily medical malpractice and nursing home cases
- Familiar with a litigation role including drafting disclosures, drafting discovery requests and responses
- Excellent organizational skills and strong problem-solving skills
- The personality and ability to successfully communicate with experts, clients and associates
- Current Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365) and editing/creating Adobe PDF documents
- Experience with attorney case management software such as Clio, Amicus Attorney, Mycase or PracticePanther

Litigation Paralegal
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with the management of litigation including preparing hold notices, researching and analyzing claims, gathering documents and reviewing pleadings and discovery responses.
- Assist with all aspects of litigation, including responding to discovery, trial preparation, and settlements.
- Work on complex assignments requiring advanced problem-solving skills.
- Prepare metrics, reports and presentations for internal stakeholders.
- Maintain and manage information relating to litigation and other matters handled by Bailey Law’s Litigation team and use that information to drive better processes and efficiencies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience with litigation case management, primarily medical malpractice and nursing home cases

- Experience in project management, eager to streamline work functions, have an in-depth understanding of the litigation process and possess the ability to adapt to current and future responsibilities
- Able to pursue litigation cases/projects to completion with minimum input or direction
- Work effectively on a variety of simultaneously active litigation matters.
- A willingness to expand responsibilities as needed as well as fluently communicate with remote personnel
- A sense of humor and a passion for technology and innovation
- Desire and aptitude to learn new concepts, programs, and software on the job
Administrative Assistant
We are looking for a talented and passionate Administrative Assistant to join our team.
Job Description:
Seeking an Administrative Assistant for our Tempe law office. Be the “face” of our law firm. Use your administrative skills to make a positive impact in the lives of the clients we support. The Administrative Assistant will manage the conference room calendar, schedule consultations for attorney’s, manage the main office phone line, manage office supplies and equipment, greet guests, edit and create documents, process mail, scan documents and be involved in projects to help improve the firm. Legal experience not required. Candidate must be motivated, proactive, a critical thinker and reliable.
Job Responsibilities
- Minimum typing speed should be at least 50 wpm
- Minimum 3 years experience with Microsoft Office (Emphasis in Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Greet clients and potential new clients
- Answer and screen incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate party
- Schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain the conference room
- Interact with clients, attorney’s and paralegals
- Organize and maintain files
- Sort, scan and distribute mail
- General office support – manage inventory/order supplies, coordinate events/lunch meetings, mailings.
- Other responsibilities as needed and assigned
Experience and Education Required:
- Minimum of 3 years of office administrative experience. Previous experience in a law office setting preferred but not required.
- Must possess strong organizational skills, work ethic and enjoy working in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
- Professional appearance, positive attitude and reliability a must!
